Emergency Departments attend to critical, life threatening emergencies each day, but during winter, they are over burdened with minor ailments, like coughs and colds, which could be treated elsewhere.

With our insight that people don’t appreciate the seriousness of situations that medical staff deal with, we harnessed the real life drama of an actual ED, using real doctors and nurses attending to patients. This reality check, combined with a powerful plea helped foster a greater understanding of the importance of EDs and empathy for medical staff.
